Mobile and hosted data expert secures eighth Microsoft competency
Genesis Communications has further cemented its reputation as an expert on Microsoft products and services.
The hosted SaaS provider’s acquisition of Increase CRM last month has added an eighth Microsoft competency in customer relationship management to its existing achievements.
Genesis has been a Microsoft Gold Partner for the past two years, and the achievement of eight competencies positions the company as one of the leading technical experts on Microsoft’s product portfolio in the world.
