Nottingham development reports sales increase
Housebuilder Morris is reporting an increase in sales at its Millbank Place in Nottingham, with the first phase of apartments at the Mill Lane development now completely sold out.
A new phase of two, three and four bedroom properties has been launched to meet demand, and buyers are already purchasing the homes off-plan.
Cindy Vials, regional sales director at Morris, said: “The popularity of the Millbank Place site is proof that confidence in the market is returning and that people are realising that now is a great time to buy.
“We expect this new phase of properties to prove just as popular as the first – we have already sold four properties off-plan - and have received a lot of interest in the other homes available.”
Morris currently has a range of two, three and four bedroom homes available at Millbank Place, starting from £69,825*. The development, which has been designed to create a community feel, is ideally located within walking distance of the tram station and close to the motorway network.
Cindy said: “The homes at Millbank Place offer all the benefits of a semi rural location while also being within easy reach of Nottingham city centre, making the development ideal for both commuters and young families.
“We can offer a range of measures and schemes to help buyers achieve a quick, affordable move to the development.”
A selection of properties at Millbank Place are available under the Government-led HomeBuy Direct scheme, which enables qualifying first time buyers to purchase a new home with a mortgage for just 70 per cent of its value and without needing a large deposit.
To find out more about Millbank Place, visit the sales office (open Thursday to Monday between 10.30am and 5.30pm) at Millbank Place, Mill Lane, Nottingham, NG6 8SX, call 0115 9761966 or visit www.morrishomes.co.uk/millbank-place/.
