Morris opens its showhome doors to Liverpool
Homebuyers are being given their first glimpse of a new luxury showhome at housebuilder Morris’ The Point development this week.
The five bedroom house at The Point, off Deysbrook Lane in West Derby, has been styled with a contemporary feel in mind by professional interior designers Marren.
Design director of Marren, Sian Woodfine, said: “We used a simple palette of metallics and creams, highlighted with accents of red throughout the home to emphasise the spacious layout.
“By keeping the colour scheme neutral we wanted to accentuate the versatility of the property, especially illustrating that the top floor could potentially be used as separate living accommodation, perhaps for a teenager or a grandparent.”
