Morris launches new family homes in Audenshaw
Housebuilder Morris is launching for sale a range of new townhouses in Audenshaw to meet growing demand for family properties in the area.
The new properties at Morris’ The Grange development, off Kings Road, are three bedroom, three storey mews homes that are ideal for the changing lifestyles of the modern family.
Unlike conventional layouts, three storey living offers a flexibility that is adaptable to your families needs. Families with older children can ‘zone’ levels of their home to give young adults their own space.
Similarly with elderly relatives, the downstairs bedroom quarters become the ideal ‘live-in’ accommodation.
Chris Minshall, regional sales director for Morris, said: “We find that as people change and families grow, the flexibility of three storey living is ideal. The layout of the property enables you to tailor your living accommodation to your family instead of letting the space dictate you.”
To help buyers with an existing property to sell, Morris is offering a part exchange scheme on selected houses at The Grange.
Chris explained: “Part exchange schemes like Morris’ take the hassle out of moving because homeowners can sell their existing property to the housebuilder, leaving them free to purchase their new home.
“There is no need to waste months trying to sell a house in a slow market, or worry about the sale falling through.”
The new range of three bedroom developments at Morris’ The Grange development will start from £182,750.
Anyone wishing to get more information about The Grange can visit the sales office (open daily from 10.30am to 5.30pm) at The Grange, Kings Road, Manchester, M34 5PJ, call 0161 371 5576 or visit www.morrishomes.co.uk/the-grange/
