Morris development is top of the class
Housebuilder Morris has seen an increase in sales at its Penmere Park development as homebuyers flock to secure places at some of Wrexham’s leading schools.
Many families are moving to be closer to the Madras and Maelor schools located near to its Penmere Park development at Oakwood Park, Penley.

“The location and quality of the schools was the icing on the cake. Both the primary and secondary schools have excellent reputations, receiving Grade 1s and 2s in a recent Estyn inspection report.* We also love the idea of the children being able to walk or ride their bikes to the school.”
