Homebuyers in Wolverhampton urged to take advantage of new government scheme
First time buyers in Wolverhampton are being urged not to miss out on their chance to buy a new home at Morris’ landmark Bilston development for just 70 per cent of the purchase price.
The final release of apartments at the Claremont development on Wellington Road are now available under the Government-led HomeBuy Direct scheme, which enables qualifying first time buyers to purchase a new home with a mortgage from just 70 per cent of its value and without needing a large deposit.
