First chance to buy at Peterborough development

Housebuilder Morris is launching the first phase of properties at Morris’ new Edgewood development in Hampton Vale West, Peterborough on Saturday 12 June.

The initial phase will include a collection of one bedroom apartments as well as two, three and four bedroom townhouses and detached homes, starting with a market price of £109,750.

Cindy Vials, regional sales director for Morris, said: “Edgewood will offer buyers a variety of properties within a beautifully landscaped site that has been designed to show off the different areas, courtyards and crescents. Some of the homes will even back on to existing woodland.

“Hampton Vale West is a sought-after neighbourhood within the area of Hampton, with excellent schools and a college as well as a huge choice of nearby amenities.”

For those with a property to sell, Morris is offering to help with its part exchange scheme. This enables Morris to buy their property for 100 per cent of the market value, removing any risk of the sale falling through.
Cindy Vials added: “We have already received a great deal of interest in the development, and we’d encourage anyone who’s interested in purchasing a new home to visit our sales advisor on site to find out more about the schemes we offer to help you move.”

The Edgewood development is located near the township of Hampton, where there is a large shopping centre, Serpentine Green, and a number of other retail outlets, restaurants and a health centre. There are also extensive travel links to Peterborough, Cambridge and Birmingham with the A1, M1, and M11 motorway networks.
