First chance to buy at Peterborough development
Housebuilder Morris is launching the first phase of properties at Morris’ new Edgewood development in Hampton Vale West, Peterborough on Saturday 12 June.
The initial phase will include a collection of one bedroom apartments as well as two, three and four bedroom townhouses and detached homes, starting with a market price of £109,750.
Cindy Vials, regional sales director for Morris, said: “Edgewood will offer buyers a variety of properties within a beautifully landscaped site that has been designed to show off the different areas, courtyards and crescents. Some of the homes will even back on to existing woodland.
