Developer wins award for design excellence
Housebuilder Morris has won a prestigious national design award for the quality of its developments.
Morris was named as the UK’s Best Volume Housebuilder in the Brick Awards 2009. The awards recognise excellence in design and construction and, in winning, Morris beat major names such as Bovis Homes, Miller Homes, Taylor Wimpey and Fairview Homes.
The judges were impressed by the developer’s exceptional attention to detail and for schemes that created genuine communities for residents.
Cindy Vials, regional managing director for Morris says: “Winning this award is a sign of how much effort goes into creating high quality homes for our customers.
“Each of our developments is unique in appearance and style and we work hard to combine the benefits of modern properties with the quality of traditional craftsmanship to create homes that compliment the surrounding area.
