Keoghs appoints new partner to Technical Claims Services
Top 100 law firm Keoghs has appointed Martin McAleer as a partner in its Technical Claims Services division, which handles higher value and complex claims on behalf of some of the UK’s biggest insurers.
Martin, who has 15 years legal experience, rejoins Keoghs – having previously been with the firm for more than 10 years in two separate stints including five years as a partner.
He has extensive experience in Employers’ and Public Liability (EL and PL) and Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims – both as a claimant and a defendant lawyer.
David Tyson, partner and client care director at Keoghs, said: "The Technical Claims Services division handles claims that demand a high level of knowledge, experience and technical expertise to bring them to an effective resolution.
"Martin’s wealth and variety of expertise in handling complex and high value claims will make him a valuable addition to the team."
