Law firm expand in Manchester in anticipation of office market upturn

Drivers Jonas Deloitte has acted as an acquiring agent for law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP which is expanding its office space at Bruntwood’s City Tower in Piccadilly Plaza.

The sub-let comes as part of the law firm’s long term plan to maintain a strong presence within Manchester and prepare for the imminent upturn in the city’s office market.

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP will sub-let additional space on the 27th floor from Sheppard Robson Architects.
