New label printers from Brother help offices get organised

Labelling specialist Brother is launching a range of handheld and desktop label printers to help office managers kick off a New Year office organisation spree.

The PT-2030VP and PT-2730VP offer high speed and high quality desktop label printing across a variety of tape widths, making them perfect for filing systems and asset management across a broad range of business sectors. The printers feature a full QWERTY keyboard and large LCD screen for ease of use and come with a smart, robust carry case including mains adaptor and tape. Both are available from December.

Both machines are programmed with Brother’s new ‘Label Collection’ – a range of 55 pre-made professional labels, which are available in 18 different languages, with the PT-2730VP offering the added ability to create your own bespoke labels. The PT-2730VP also offers Text Reminder on previously typed words, making it even quicker to produce repeat labels, as well as time/date and barcode printing options.

The PT-2470, also available from December, is a practical handheld label printer, which prints on a variety of tape sizes. Functions include Rotate and Repeat Print and specific audio/visual symbols.

All three models print directly onto Brother’s TZ tapes, which are both laminated and ‘tested to the extreme’, which means the labels created are peel, scuff, fade, water, chemical and temperature resistant and will provide durable and effective labelling for any office.
