Admiral links with Booker for food presentation events
Admiral Taverns’ landlords are being given the opportunity to learn about the benefits of offering food at their pub through a series of special events held by the pub company in partnership with Booker wholesale, the UK’s leading food wholesaler.
The food presentation events, which are being held from January to March at Booker branches throughout the UK, will give landlords the chance to meet with the expert Admiral Food Team who’ll be providing useful help and advice on increasing sales and footfall through their food offering.
Landlords will also be given the chance to watch live food demonstrations, test products, take a branch tour, get equipment advice, and discover how they can arrange to print menus and promotion material through the mypubsuperstore website.
Steven Gilmour, development chef for Admiral Taverns, said: “These events are a great opportunity for our licensees to find out more about how building their menu can increase their profits.
“We have worked hard to develop a food offering which landlords can relate to, whether they are running an a la carte menu or simply wanting to offer bar snacks.
“We’re really looking forward to getting out on the road, meeting our landlords and providing them with the guidance they need to boost their business.”
The Food presentation events will take place in Cardiff (25 January), Tottenham (27 January), Cambridge (1 February), Derby (3 February), Kingswinford (22 February), Barnsley (24 February), Haydock (1 March) and Chester (3 March).
